You will be working for a well established, privately owned property managementpany based in SW1, London. You will be working in a close knit team of 6 people, who are all weing and supportive. They are now looking to appoint a full-time Office Administrator to support the accounts team.
Your new role
As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Answering iing calls
2. Managing the email inbox
3. Open post and distribute
4. Upload invoices onto the software
5. Filing
6. Responsible for stationery orders and stock
7. Assisting the Property Managers with administration related tasks
8. Other responsibilities are included in the job description, which is available upon request
What you'll need to succeed
This role would suit someone who is suited to a family feel and vibrant environment. The ideal candidate would have recently graduated with 6–12 months experience in a similar administration role. However, should you have experience in an administration role but do not have a university degree, then your application will still be considered.
What you'll get in return
On offer is a salary of up to £30,000 per annum (flexibility on the salary if need be) plus benefits. This is an office based role with some flexibility to work from home when required.
