As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Measham youll be responsible for: leading and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to deliver a great service to our customers, and to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators set promoting a can-do attitude to the team coaching and carryout on the job training for warehouse operatives and measure team performance leading all aspects of people management relating to your team e.g.
holiday approvals, absence management, performance management, quarterly reviews, training completion etc ensuring the team comply with health, safety and environmental procedures and standards xjlbheb at all times and to promote the 6S ethos This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 18:00 and 02:00 And heres what wed like you to have: Previous Team Leader/Supervisory experience within a high service focussed warehouse environment Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Strong computer/tablet skills Experience of handling disciplinary processes and procedures We look forward to receiving your application!
