Pareto is currently looking for a Mobile Engineer to join us on a permanent basis across our business.

The candidate should be a team player, willing to go above and beyond to achieve goals. Travel expenses will be covered.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the timely completion of all maintenance and reactive tasks related to client assets. Act as the first response for all M&E and fabric issues.
2. Conduct regular inspections, including statutory, mandatory, and insurance requirements, to maintain the safety and efficiency of M&E installations, fire safety, firefighting equipment, and security systems. Coordinate with client staff on specific needs.
3. Maintain records and manage documentation according to nationally agreed standards, including statutory testing, inspections, technical records, files, diaries, drawings, and reports.
4. Perform maintenance on M&E systems, including electrical, heating, hot water, fire alarms, security systems, works machines, lifts, and other relevant systems.
5. Complete works to standard, within budget, and meeting client requirements, with regular updates to the Pareto FM Account Manager and client liaison.
Support subcontractors in routine and emergency maintenance, both during and outside of working hours.
1. Assist in setting maintenance priorities, planning, and budgeting.
2. Help prepare scheduled and delegated maintenance projects, including creating schedules, specifications, and placing orders. Supervise and audit completed works.
3. Provide technical M&E advice and support to the client as needed.
4. Collaborate with other professionals on project work and contribute site and maintenance information.
5. Work with the client and Pareto FM staff to develop and share best practices in M&E maintenance and procedures.
6. Engage with site and property teams, providing technical input on areas such as security, health and safety, risk assessments, utilities, and disaster planning.
Assist the client in implementing the Asset Management Plan to facilitate planning and management of estate works.
1. Undertake additional tasks as required by the client and Pareto FM Account Manager.
2. Serve as the primary contact for the client when issues arise.
3. Be adaptable to a variety of workplace tasks to support business continuity.
Key Skills:
* Deep knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles and systems.
* Experience in a Building Services Engineer role.
* Ability to work independently with high-quality standards.
* Relevant qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
