National compliance administration officer

Offer description

The role of National Compliance Administration Officer will include:
1. Ensuring compliance and safety: Accurately checking and processing electrical certificates to help maintain the safety and compliance of our customers’ homes
2. Identifying follow on works: Raising follow on remedial work orders to maintain the safety and compliance of our customers’ homes
3. Managing Service Records: Processing work orders using our SAP system and updating records with upcoming service due dates
4. Customer and Contractor Liaison: Communicating effectively with customers and contractors to coordinate services and resolve queries
5. Supporting Regulatory Standards: Gathering, preparing, and presenting accurate information to support the team in meeting or exceeding regulatory and internal standards
6. Service Improvement: Identifying and highlighting any shortfalls in service delivery to ensure robust processes are in place

Skills and experiences:

7. Some experience in accurately checking and processing data
8. Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
9. Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
10. Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
11. Strong communication, interpersonal and customer care skills
12. Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
