Are you an experienced Architectural Technologist ready to take on a leadership role? This is your opportunity to join a well-established, award-winning practice working on a diverse portfolio of projects.
You'll be involved across all RIBA stages, collaborating with clients, consultants, and colleagues to deliver high-quality design and technical solutions. With a strong focus on heritage, conservation, and contemporary design, you'll be working on some of the most impressive buildings in the UK and beyond.

What you ll be doing:
* Leading technical design and project delivery across multiple RIBA stages.
* Managing and mentoring a small team, ensuring high-quality outputs.
* Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
* Overseeing technical design packages, ensuring compliance with UK Building and Planning regulations.
* Contributing to practice-wide technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
What we re looking for:
* A strong career history working as an Architectural Technologist.
* CIAT accreditation.
* Strong technical and detailing skills, with expertise in AutoCAD & Revit.
* A solid understanding of UK regulations and experience across technical RIBA stages.
* Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and manage a team.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Experience in conservation projects is a plus but not essential.
