Job Description
This is a purely PLC focused position working for a regulated financial services organisation. As well as working within the PLC space, another important element to the role will be managing a small team of 3. This is vitally important for those of you with aspirations of getting to the very top.
As previously mentioned, the role will encompass all matters PLC. This will include but is by no means limited to:
1. Helping with the production of the Annual Report
2. Listing rules
3. Advising on Corporate Governance with regard to the Companies Act
4. Being instrumental in streamlining processes and procedures
5. Looking after one or more Board committees
The environment is fast-paced, and you should be well-versed in dealing with and working with senior and influential stakeholders. This is an ideal opportunity for seasoned Assistant Company Secretaries to gain more experience and also the opportunity to manage a small team. To be considered, you must be CGI qualified and have relevant PLC experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for the most ambitious of candidates.
