We are currently able to offer Full time, Part time and Bank Complex Needs Practitioner Level 1 contracts within the Stranraer team.
You do not need to have worked in care to apply as we will invest in your qualifications and provide full training through our award-winning learning & development team prior to starting!
Currently, we are only able to consider applicants who have a driving licence for manual vehicles, access to your own car is not required however.
About the Role:
Our service in Stranraer is a complex needs service supporting individuals with learning disabilites and autism.Working with people with complex needs can be very challenging, as well as very rewarding at the same time. Some people we support may be non-verbal. Due to their complex needs, people we support can have behaviours of concern which is their form of communication, this can lead to incidents happening.
