We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated and relationship-focused professional to join our External Relations and Development team as a Development Manager (Annual Fund and Regular Giving).

This is a pivotal and rewarding role, leading the design and delivery of our annual fund and regular giving programmes, and ensuring that every donor enjoys a meaningful, high-quality experience. Working closely with the Alumni and Development Manager and the Director of External Relations and Development, you will play an important part in donor acquisition, stewardship, and the development of a strong pipeline for future major gifts — all in support of expanding access and opportunity for Strathallan pupils.

The Role
Working under the Alumni & Development Manager and ultimately responsible to the Director of External Relations, the Development Manager (Annual Fund and Regular Giving) will play a pivotal role in strengthening philanthropic support for the School. The postholder will lead on annual and regular giving programmes, steward donors, and coordinate multi-channel fundraising campaigns in partnership with Marketing.
They will maintain accurate donor and Gift Aid records, carry out prospect research, and ensure all data handling meets regulatory and GDPR requirements. The role also supports a diverse programme of alumni, donor, and parent events in the UK and overseas, overseeing logistics, guest management, and post-event evaluation.
Alongside producing high-quality communications and fundraising materials, the postholder will work closely with colleagues across the School to deliver key events and promote a culture of philanthropy within the Strathallan community.
