Social Security Scotland are seeking a Delivery Manager to sit within the End to End Delivery Team.
The End to End Delivery Space is a relatively new area and the unit aims to foster a digitally enabled and client centric ecosystem that drives innovation, enhances collaboration, delivers sustainable business value and a seamless, compliant and client-focused service by operationalising policy and legislation effectively, ensuring successful implementation through strong partnerships with Corporate, Scottish Government Policy and other delivery partners.
The End to End Client Journey ensures the prioritisation, coordination and execution of complex digital products and services across Change and Digital Delivery for Client Journey Service Areas (Verticals) and Benefit Service (Horizontals). It aligns service roadmaps, manages dependencies, balancing costs with delivery efficiencies and business value.
The Delivery Manager is a key part of this team as we look to move forward on this journey and ultimately supports the wider areas to ensure the prioritisation, coordination and execution of complex digital products and services across Change and Digital Delivery for Client Journey Service Areas (Verticals) and Benefit Service (Horizontals).
A Delivery Manager is accountable for the performance of the team.
