Salary: Up to £35,500 + Benefits
We are seeking a Spa Therapist to join a luxurious country house hotel offering a spa, luxury accommodation, country sports, and award-winning dining outlets.
As a Spa Therapist, you will perform a variety of spa treatments, including facials, massages, body scrubs, and body wraps, tailored to each client's needs. You will also ensure adherence to operational procedures, codes of conduct, and standards.
Responsibilities
Provide a variety of spa services, including body treatments, massages, and facials, in a safe and comfortable manner.
Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure a memorable and relaxing experience.
Keep therapy rooms clean and serene.
Confidently discuss products and retail opportunities.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure correct billing, treatment timings, and smooth spa operations.
