* Salary: BG-E 37-42 £41,122 - £45,519 including London Weighting (based on £24.58-£27.21ph including London Weighting)
* Location: Garth Hill College, Bull Lane, Bracknell
* Contract: Permanent
* Working Pattern: Full Time/Term Time
* Hours: 37 hours per week. Term Time Only plus 5 Inset Days.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, resilient and dynamic person to the role of Behaviour Support Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Garth Hill senior team - the successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership and management of behaviour and inclusion across the College, overseeing our behaviour management system and leading our Behaviour Support Centre that supports learners with their behavioural needs.

The successful candidate will possess a high level of initiative and the skills and confidence to deal with challenging situations. Prospective candidates are advised to study the person specification and job description for this post carefully.
