What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of Mathematics and a commitment to providing high-quality education. The ideal candidate will be:
* A qualified teacher (holding QTS or equivalent).
* Experienced in teaching Mathematics at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Experience teaching Key Stage 5 (A-Level Maths and/or Further Maths) is desirable but not essential.
* Passionate about Mathematics and able to inspire students of all abilities.
* An excellent classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management skills.
* Committed to raising student achievement and fostering a love of learning in Mathematics.
* A collaborative team player who is willing to contribute to the wider school community.
* Dedicated to their own professional development.
* A skilled Maths Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging Mathematics lessons across the relevant Key Stages.
* Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with SEND and high-achieving students.
* Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback, both written and verbal.
* Maintain accurate records of student attainment and progress.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes mathematical thinking and problem-solving.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Mathematics department and across the school.
* Contribute to the development of the Mathematics curriculum and resources.
* Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils.
