Ability to teach Health & Social care at Btech Level
Oversee the learning, progress, and conduct of students on designated courses, ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional student outcomes
Manage staffing matters, including recruitment, performance development, and training, to build a strong and dedicated team
Contribute to the planning and control of budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
Collaborate with colleagues to design, deliver, and evaluate all aspects of the curriculum, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Serve as a leader and member of relevant teams, liaising with partner organizations and external agencies to expand the reach and impact of our programs Preferred Qualifications:
Possession of a degree or appropriate professional qualification in a relevant field
Extensive experience in curriculum development, program management, and teaching in the health and early years sectors
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team and drive operational excellence
