Role – MIG Welder Location – Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk Working hours – Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week Pay rate – up to £16.00 per hour Capacity of role – Temporary to permanent position Our client is a leading manufacturer who is looking to add to their workshop with a number of MIG welders to join their workshop. Main duties will include – Working on MIG welding equipment by using wire feed speed to suit the specific job Interpret drawings, and measurements to plan the layout and procedures for welding projects. Position and clamp metal components together in preparation for welding, ensuring proper alignment and fit-up. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment and tools to maintain safe and effective operation.
