Salary Grade J Points 34 to 38 (£45,091 to £49,282 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £40,312.26.
Role Overview
The Vale Academy is seeking an Inclusion Coordinator & DSL to join our academy as of September 2026 on a full‑time, permanent basis. In this role you will promote a learning environment that supports high expectations for all students.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate inclusion activities across the school and act as the designated safeguarding lead.
* Develop and implement inclusive strategies to support students with diverse needs.
* Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and maintain accurate records.
* Collaborate with staff, parents and external agencies to promote an inclusive and safe learning environment.
Location
The academy is based in Brigg, North Lincolnshire, serving a largely rural community.
