Key Responsibilities: Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds. Providing clear, concise, and timely legal advice to clients. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, transfers, and other legal documents. Conducting comprehensive due diligence, including reviewing search results, title documents, and enquiries. Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and professional standards. Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues or risks. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files and utilising case management systems efficiently. Managing financial aspects of transactions, including ledger reconciliation and billing.
