We are looking for talented, enthusiastic and passionate professionals to join our growing team on a self employed basis where you will be running your own business through the salon.The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hairdressing techniques, customer service, and store management. This role requires a creative individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional service and enhancing the beauty of our clients through various styling services.
*Duties*
As a Hair Stylist, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
* Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
* Managing front desk operations including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
* Mentoring junior stylists and assisting in their professional development.
* Upselling products and services to enhance the overall client experience.
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
*Experience*
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in hairdressing, with skills in barbering being an advantage.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and recommendations.
* Experience in store management or front desk operations is desirable but not essential.
