Transition Manager
Location: Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Leeds, Bristol, South Coast, or Glasgow
Salary: £45k to £55k plus bonus
Full time: Permanent
Hybrid: 2-3 days in the office
Our client is seeking a dynamic Transition and Contracts Manager to drive significant change and transformation. You will be instrumental in shaping their future by focusing on operational excellence and introducing strategic innovation. This is a unique opportunity to influence value delivery to their customers and sales teams, making certain the processes are streamlined, scalable, and prepared for the future. Success in this role requires close collaboration with the Transition team, the Contracts Enablement Team, and Sales Teams throughout the organisation.
The Role:
* Support the development and execution of the 2-3 year vision for the Transition and Contracts Team.
* Ensure the Onboarding, Transition, and Contract Management strategy aligns fully with the broader Sales Strategy and key organisational initiatives through collaboration with the Contracts Enablement SLT.
* Act as the Project Lead for all assigned Onboarding, Transition, and Contract Management projects.
* Manage the full lifecycle of customer and supplier transition activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Monitor, administer, and manage transition activities and performance against agreed-upon project
* Represent the Transition and Contracts Team in various forums and act as the primary escalation point for internal and external stakeholders on transition activities.
* Collaborate directly with the client's sales teams to introduce, manage, and deliver the Onboarding, Transition, and Contract Management experience for corporate and public sector customers.
* Monitor performance across all areas to identify and drive opportunities for continuous service improvement.
* Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including Programme/Project Plans, Action/Issue & Risk Logs, ensuring the prompt resolution of performance-related issues.
Skills we are looking for:

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

* Willingness to maintain active engagement and visibility across all office locations.
* Recognised Project/Programme Management or Contract Management qualifications are preferable.
For the top end of the salary available, you'll be a highly experienced Transition Manager with experience gained in fast paced commercial organisations.
