Manufacturing experience in patterning, assembly & top stitching, wrapping of leathers, alcantaras, carpet and other specialist trim materials within an automotive background.
Job Description
CALLUM is a rapidly growing Design & Engineering consultancy and vehicle manufacturer looking for talented Trim specialists to join our existing Trim Team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and work on some of the world’s most exciting Automotive & Lifestyle Design projects.
In this role you will work on in house, and client led trim projects within our multi-disciplinary Design, Engineering & Ops teams.
Reporting directly to the Head of Trim, you will be responsible for the successful delivery & quality of trim components to our clients.
Manufacturing a wide range of low volume interior trim components, through the development and production process to delivery.
Ensuring we meet both our internal and our Client quality requirements.
Skills we’re looking for
* Extensive experience working on trim within an automotive environment
* A successful trim delivery track-record, gained within a highly technical and team-oriented environment
* Ability to communicate ideas and work flexibly within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team
* Ability to track project / part progress and deliver on-time and on budget
* Ability to address issues as they arise, and both make and drive decisions with the other members of the trim team
* Possess the right to work in the UK
* Negotiable on experience
* Salaried or Contract both considered
