Engineering Operations Manager
A fast-growing and innovative company is looking for an Engineering Operations Manager to play a key role in driving business growth, leading a talented team, and ensuring engineering excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong mix of technical expertise and commercial acumen to make a real impact in a dynamic industry. This role will report directly into the CEO and provide the opportunity for you to influence the direction of the business as part of the senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business & Financial Management - Oversee budgets, business plans, and P&L performance.
2. Strategic Leadership - Identify and drive growth opportunities in line with company objectives.
3. Sales & Partnerships - Build long-term relationships with key accounts and contribute to sales & marketing strategies.
4. Engineering & Technical Excellence - Provide expert technical support, ensuring engineering best practices and innovation.
5. Team & Culture - Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
6. Compliance & Safety - Ensure adherence to safety regulations and high-voltage operational standards.
What We're Looking For:
1. Five to ten years of experience in a senior engineering management role with full P&L responsibility.
2. A degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
3. Strong commercial, contractual, and administrative competence in electrical engineering.
4. Experience with high-voltage terminations and testing (advantageous).
5. Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
6. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
7. CompEx-01-04 certification required.
