We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join us. You will provide a comprehensive service in delivering all internal communications for the TrustFord Family. You'll identify story angles, carry out interviews and write interesting articles. You'll manage the colleague app, and ensure information is timely, up-to-date, accurate and legal.
1. Have you got strong organisational skills?
2. Do you have previous experience as a stand alone Internal Communications Manager
3. Are you willing to travel to travel to our locations in the UK
4. Can you drive the standard in customer care?
5. Do you have good communication skills? (oral and written)
6. Do you have experience of using a colleague app as the main form of internal communications
7. Can you provide evidence of effective copywriting and copyediting?

This is a stand-alone Hybrid role working on site and also from home (the first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full time, you will then move on to hybrid working from month 4).
