About the position
* Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and bar experience
* Drive staff training to the highest level
* You will have full awareness of the hotel day to day activities
* Responsible for recruitment, training & development
* Create a unique environment and experience for the guests
The successful candidate
* Minimum of 2 years working in luxury hotel or restaurants
* Strong knowledge and a passion for luxury food and drink
* Strong commercial acumen
* Fine dining experience
* Self-motivated with attention to detail
* Experience and knowledge with seasonal produce
