Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the North Nottingham area for a Sous Chef to work in their busy Hotel which has a busy brasserie stryle restaurant alongside afternoon teas and banqueting. You will work under the guidance of a talented and experienced Head Chef. The role can offer straight shifts with a 40 hour week and 3 nights off per week.

The Role
Running and managing the hotel restaurant kitchen alongside Head Chef
Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
Preparing meals using fresh produce
Kitchen Management duties in chefs absence
The Person
You will already be a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous
Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants
Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
