Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary Schools

Salary: GBP105 - GBP115 per day

We are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join primary schools across the Liverpool area. The role involves supporting children with a range of special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties), both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
Responsibilities
* Support pupils with SEN in and out of the classroom
* Assist the teacher with adapting lessons and managing behaviour
* Encourage pupils confidence, independence, and engagement
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to achieve the best outcomes
Requirements
* Previous UK experience in a school setting (essential)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* 2 professional references covering the last 2 years
* Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach
