The ideal candidate will be well-presented and have proven experience in a similar administrative role. Responsibilities include general clerical duties such as answering the telephone, greeting visitors, providing refreshments, typing, data entry, filing, photocopying, printing, and maintaining stationary stock levels. This list is not exhaustive.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, keen, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills, good commercial acumen, and an outstanding telephone manner. Proficiency in spoken and written English and accurate typing skills are essential. Experience with Microsoft Office for Windows is required.
