We're seeking a customer focused individual to join our Special Educational Needs (SEN) team to provide communications support over the telephone or email. Our SEN team works to provide support to parents, carers and schools to ensure that our children receive the right support depending on their needs. We're looking for an individual who has an empathetic and pro-active approach to supporting customers in their SEN journey. You should have experience of providing customer support, and have excellent communication and organisational skills. Administration skills, record keeping and application of case management system are essential. This role will be primarily focused on how to navigate the SEND system - we'll provide full training on SEN matters and legislation, although some knowledge of this area would be an advantage.
