Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to clinical staff
* Managing patient appointments, clinics, and medical correspondence
* Handling confidential information in line with GDPR
* Audio typing and preparing medical letters
* Updating patient records accurately
* Liaising with patients, consultants, and external healthcare providers
What We're Looking For:
* Previous Medical Secretary or medical admin experience
* Strong audio typing and IT skills
* Excellent communication and organisation abilities
* Ability to work independently and handle a busy workload
* Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
