1. Basic salary of £41,696.46 + Shift Premiums of up to £14.08 per hour and £20 per hour after 11 hours.

Day to Day:
6. Collection and delivery of small to large high-value consignments that require special handling conditions to Screwfix stores
7. Consistently ensure customer expectations are met
8. Ensure all documentation is completed and returned accurately at the end of each shift
9. Adhere to specific time restrictions given under current legislation
10. Adhere to legislative regulations and company policies
11. Driving activities will generally consist of inter-site and intra-site deliveries, supplier collections around the UK
12. Cross training on warehouse activities may be given to offer flexibility and business continuity to the operation
13. Types of fleet include: Standard Artic, Urban Trailers, Double Decker Trailers, Curtain siders and Fleet Volvo Tractor Units
What you will bring:
14. Must have a valid Class 1 licence
15. Have over 1 years’ experience driving Class 1
16. Full CPC Qualification
17. Must hold Digital tachograph card
18. Must not have more than 7 points on licence
19. Strong communication skills, particularly verbal, to develop good working relationships with colleagues and customers
20. A responsible and reliable attitude
21. Experience of multi drop collection and deliveries together with experience of working in a warehouse environment will be an advantage, although full training will be provided
22. The ability to safely lift or move heavy items
23. Good timekeeper
