As Buyer – Food & Beverage, you’ll lead the commercial and strategic partnerships that underpin our fast-growing F&B portfolio — from iconic global brands like Burger King, Supermac’s, and Wasabi to our own-brand concepts such as The Ship, and exciting new third-party collaborations. You’ll focus on partner management, commercial optimisation, and innovation — ensuring that our food offer continues to evolve with consumer trends, delivers great experiences, and achieves strong commercial results. What You’ll Do Lead the commercial strategy for our growing F&B portfolio, including partner-led concepts. Manage relationships with third-party F&B providers to ensure alignment on quality, innovation, and performance. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to launch new partnerships and optimise existing offers. Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and performance data to inform commercial decisions. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in foodservice experiences across our estate. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in commercial buying, category management, or partnership management within F&B, hospitality, or retail. Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing supplier or partner relationships. Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insight into action. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and passion for creating great customer experiences.
