Are you an experienced Lift Service Engineer looking for a stable, local patch with plenty of overtime and a company that genuinely values good engineering and work-life balance?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, independent lift engineering company, where you'll work across a manageable Dorset and Hampshire patch, supported by realistic workloads, strong back-office support, and long-term career stability.

This role would suit a qualified Lift Engineer who enjoys fault-finding, autonomy, and variety, and who wants consistent overtime and long-term security within a well-run business.
The Role:
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on passenger and goods lifts
* Responding to breakdowns as part of a 1-in-4 call-out rota
* Diagnosing and repairing faults on traction and hydraulic lifts
* Completing service reports and compliance documentation
* Liaising directly with customers to provide clear updates and recommendations
* Supporting repair and modernisation works when required
* £2,000 bonus payable on successful completion of probation
The Person:
* NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering
* Experience working across multiple lift manufacturers
* Full UK driving licence
