We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our Client’s Prestige Main Dealership in the Maidstone area.

Our client, a highly respected automotive group, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their professional team. Key responsibilities of the Service Advisor include:
13. Managing workshop bookings, including MOTs and service appointments
14. Upselling additional products and service plans
15. Delivering outstanding customer care from booking to vehicle collection
16. Supporting customers with their ongoing vehicle needs and repairs
17. Administering customer information accurately and efficiently
18. Proactively following up to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements for this Service Advisor role:
19. A minimum of 1-year experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership environment
20. Full UK driving licence
21. Strong communication and organisational skills
22. Customer-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail
23. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally
24. Knowledge of systems such as Keyloop Kerridge is advantageous
Interdepartmental movement within the automotive sector is considered dependent on experience and background aligning well with the role.
