3. All daily Bookkeeping transactions
4. Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets for the company
5. Preparing financial documents such as purchase orders and bank statements
6. Verifying company expenses, bank deposits and bank payments
7. Reporting discrepancies, mistakes or potential fraud to senior management
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
8. Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.
9. Proven experience in financial administration or a similar role.
10. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
11. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
12. A solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
13. Excellent organisational and communication skills
