Youll be joining a small but experienced team and working closely with the Director, a hands-on Licensed Conveyancer in a role offering genuine autonomy and the chance to make an impact from day one. Your role: Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion, including: Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages Preparing and reviewing legal documentation and contracts Conducting property searches and managing enquiries Liaising with clients, agents, brokers, and solicitors Ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management Keeping clients regularly updated with a friendly and transparent approach About you: Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (ideally 2 years PQE). Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. Strong knowledge of residential property transactions (freehold and leasehold). Great communication skills with a client-first attitude. Comfortable using conveyancing case management systems.
