Overview:
As an LPN on our team, you'll play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and supporting our healthcare team. This position requires a blend of clinical skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to teamwork. You'll be an essential part of creating a warm, supportive environment for our patients, where your individual strengths and experiences are valued and utilized.
Minimum Requirements:
* Current LPN license in good standing
* Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current healthcare practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in patient well-being
* Experience working with older adults or supervising nursing assistants preferred
* Proficiency in electronic health records systems
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends and holidays
* BLS certification required
* Have a passion for excellence and compassion for people
