Brief
Mobile Electrical Supervisor needed for a well-known Facilities Management organisation based in Stoke who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Mobile Electrical Supervisor that takes pride in their work.
The successful candidate must have a recognised industry qualification as well as previous experience within a similar role. If you have your IOSH qualification then that will be a bonus!

What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Mobile Electrical Supervisor will include:
* Competent in managing water services within MSF's including L8 sampling and recording thereafter
* Maintenance and repair of Mechanical & Electrical Systems
* Management of Electrical Installation work and the completion appropriate Certification
* Fault finding and diagnostic skills a must
* Basic knowledge in building fabric repairs
* Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance
* Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices at all times
* Ensure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment. To always include the wearing of uniform and PPE
* Attend site in response to breakdowns or failures of the equipment outside of normal working hours (call outs). Take part in the regional on-call rota - 1 in 6.
What experience you need to be the successful Mobile Electrical Supervisor:
* A recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential
* Ideally IOSH qualified
* MEWP Licence (preferable but not essential)
* First aid trained (preferable but not essential)
* Must have a full clean drivers licence
