Overview
The Customer Service Team Leader role involves leading and helping manage a team of 18 administrators, supporting their management and progression, and providing day to day support with their role. Key responsibilities include:
* Day to day management of the administration team
* Maintain a high level of professionalism to all colleagues, including admin team, sales teams and senior management
* Keying of legal contracts for Regional and Key account customers
* Support line manager in decisions and changes within the admin team
* Relationship building with the wider business
* Work towards and achieve set targets laid out by the company
* Previous experience working in a data entry administrative role is essential
* Previous experience managing a team would be beneficial
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Good IT skills
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
