Position Overview
In this exciting role, you will respond to customer field repair and service requests, diagnosing issues and providing detailed insights to both the customer and Finning. Your expertise will help us create accurate quotes while ensuring a cost-effective and timely service.

Perth / Dundee
Your Responsibilities
* Provide timely estimates for arrival at customer sites based on job instructions.
* Communicate with site management to register your arrival and understand site procedures.
* Diagnose equipment problems using specialized tools and collaborate with customer operators.
* Identify and requisition necessary parts for repairs, ensuring timely delivery.
* Perform repair and service work according to the agreed work plan, ensuring high standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Skills: Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
* Problem Solving: Effective analytical skills to tackle challenges head-on.
* Team Player: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
* Experience: Knowledge of field-based diagnosis tools and heavy earth-moving equipment.
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 preferred, with experience as a service engineer.
* Valid LDV driving license.
