Supply Teacher

A dedicated and ambitious secondary school is seeking a value-sharing Supply Teacher to join their team!
This opportunity is well suited to Early Career Teachers wishing to gain further experience, experienced teachers seeking flexible working arrangements, or educators looking to maintain their teaching practice while reducing workload.
The Role
As a supply teacher, you will be responsible for supervising pre-prepared lessons, maintaining a calm and purposeful classroom environment, and ensuring that students remain engaged in their learning. You will also be expected to follow the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies, collect completed work at the end of lessons, and provide feedback to teaching staff where appropriate.
Inspectors describe the school as a calm, friendly atmosphere in which pupils behave very well, show respect and courtesy, and can focus on learning without disruption. Safeguarding is robust and pupils report feeling safe. Parents also consistently praise the school’s ongoing support!
