* Quality Control: Conduct site audits and inspections, using our mobile app to log simple reports, photos, and feedback.
* Team Leadership: Support and monitor our cleaning teams, providing on-site training and ensuring everyone is following health and safety guidelines.
* Logistics: Manage site keys, monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
* Problem Solving: Act as the first on-site point of contact for clients and staff to resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
What Were Looking For:
* Mobility: The ideal candidate will have her/his/their own car or moped and a valid driving license to travel between sites (mileage/fuel allowance provided).
* App Usage: You don't need to be a tech expert, but you should be comfortable using mobile apps on your smartphone for basic reporting and communication.
