ATA Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with an industry-leading manufacturer operating across four sites in the UK. Mainly based out of the North London facility in the flagship site, playing a key role in the company’s continued success.
With an annual turnover exceeding £60 million, the business supplies many of the UK’s leading supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, and cafés, offering strong job security backed by a company established in the early 1990s.The site operates a high-quality, end-to-end manufacturing process, utilising bespoke equipment throughout. While certain areas are fully automated, the facility also incorporates hand-crafted machinery to add detailed finishing and design elements, ensuring the premium quality of the final product remains consistent.

Key Responsibilities as a Project Manager.
1. Lead end-to-end engineering projects (design → build → commissioning → handover)
2. Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high standards
3. Identify and implement automation and efficiency improvements
4. Manage contractors, suppliers, and on-site activities
5. Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations (CDM)
6. Work cross-functionally with Operations, Technical, and other teams
7. Support maintenance strategy and continuous improvement
The Requirements as a Project Manager.
8. Experience managing CAPEX projects in manufacturing or food production
9. Strong knowledge of automation and production systems
10. Confident managing contractors and external partners
11. Good understanding of H&S and regulatory requirements
12. Strong project management and communication skills
The Package
As a Project Manager you will receive
An annual salary of between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
