Their team operates with a collaborative, hands-on culture, supporting both service excellence and long-term staff development.
You will manage key NHS and private sector accounts, promote clinical solutions aligned with NICE and value-based procurement, and drive business growth through stakeholder engagement, product evaluations, and strategic procurement monitoring.
Manage key accounts across Critical Care, A&E, and anaesthesia units in NHS and private hospitals.
Build strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and ICS stakeholders.
Promote clinical solutions in alignment with NICE guidelines and value-based procurement principles.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through stakeholder mapping and product evaluations.
Support product trials, training, and demonstrations in collaboration with a clinical specialist team.
Monitor procurement activity (e.g., NHS Supply Chain, ICS-level frameworks, VBP initiatives).
2-3 years in medical sales sales, but previously an ODA or theatre nurse who know the NHS structure.
Or a clinical person wanting to get into sales with some evidence of trying to get into sales.
OR medical sales with no clinical background, but experience selling to NHS.
