The Role
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will:
Take ownership of the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, high-performance Java-based systems.
Lead technical direction across multiple projects, ensuring best-in-class coding standards, testing, and performance.
Collaborate directly with clients, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development processes, cloud adoption, and CI/CD pipelines.
