We are seeking a driven, innovative Regional Marketing Specialist to join our UK team. This role is ideal for someone thriving in a fast-paced environment, passionate about marketing success. You will develop and execute omnichannel campaigns to engage our target audience and support our sales teams. Your analytical and adaptable approach will help align marketing efforts with business goals and stay ahead of market trends.
Responsibilities
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning in European markets.
* Develop a regional annual marketing plan with quarterly goals to translate strategies into tactical campaigns for different funnel stages.
* Execute omnichannel campaigns, craft compelling copy, collaborate with channel specialists, and propose innovative engagement ideas.
* Create project proposals, campaign briefs, and evaluation reports to guide execution and analyze ROI.
* Collaborate with sales and stakeholders to implement an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program tailored to prospective clients.
* Build strong relationships with sales teams, incorporate their feedback, and ensure campaign alignment.
* Create and optimize audience lists using database insights and segmentation techniques.
* Coordinate direct mail campaigns for local holidays and manage the regional event calendar.
* Support and measure the success of trade shows, conferences, and events.
What You Bring
* 3-5 years of experience as a Regional Marketing Specialist or similar role in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and best practices.
* Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools, with strong data analysis skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with a drive for excellence.
* Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Curiosity for new markets and persistence in problem-solving.
* Adaptability and innovation, with the ability to bring fresh ideas for growth.
