SALES NEGOTIATOR - CROYDON Dove & Hawk are working alongside an independent agency, who are on the hunt for a Sales Negotiator to join their office in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Negotiator who wants to join a reputable company which can offer longevity and career progression. Duties: Registering new applicants. Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and potential buyers. Arranging and conducting viewings. Recording, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers. Providing viewing feedback. Generating new valuation opportunities. Requirements: UK Driving Licence required and own vehicle Minimum of 1 years' experience in a residential sales role Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 basic salary, £50,000 - £60,000 OTE guarantee DOE Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 6:30pm, Fridays 6pm finish, Saturday 9am - 4:30pm with a day in lieu.
