Teaching Assistant

Are you a compassionate and resilient Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated TA to support students with high needs within a welcoming secondary school in Medway.
About the Role:
* Full-time position, Monday to Friday
* Supporting students with high needs on a 1:1 and small-group basis
* Assisting with learning, behaviour regulation, and classroom engagement
* Working collaboratively with SENDCo, teachers, and other support staff
* Helping create an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes independence and progress
Requirements:
* Experience supporting students with high needs, SEN, or behavioural needs (preferred)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Patience, empathy, and a positive, proactive attitude
* Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students
* A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
