Description
We’re looking for an experienced, and hands on agency pro with the confidence, vision, and drive to oversee some great B2B accounts.
Responsibilities will include:
* Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This is a role your sleeves up and lead from the front position!
* Act as a strategic partner to clients, advising, problem-solving, and managing expectations.
* Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve conflicts, internally and externally.
* Provide the Managing Director with regular updates, insights, and recommendations.
* Drive continuous improvement in client service processes and delivery standards.
* Ensure client retention and account growth through excellent service and strategic input.
Experience
* A strong agency background with experience in a senior client services role or someone at Senior Account Manager level, ready to step up.
* Experience working across B2B accounts.
* Experience in digital campaigns delivery and the reviewing of analytics/results
* Strong strategic thinking and client-facing communication skill.
* Excellent project management experience. Able to spin multiple plates and work at pace, this is a hands on role delivering projects and campaigns.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration
* Up to £350 per day
* 3 days in the office
