Head Chef – Fire, Seasonality & Craft
We are looking for a highly skilled Head Chef to take full responsibility for leading a fire-led kitchen with a strong focus on seasonal British produce and Mediterranean cooking and it's finest. This is a rare opportunity to make your mark in a unique East London setting, where creativity, craftsmanship, and respect for ingredients are central.
Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the kitchen team, setting and maintaining the highest standards.
Develop and deliver a menu that reflects seasonality, market quality, and open-fire cooking techniques.
Oversee daily operations including service, prep, and kitchen flow.
Manage supplier relationships and sourcing, ensuring only the best ingredients are used.
Control kitchen budgets, stock, and GP while maximising quality and consistency.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance at all times.
Drive training, mentoring, and development of junior chefs.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Head Chef in a high-profile or Michelin environment.
A genuine passion for cooking with fire, seasonal British produce, and bold, ingredient-led food.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent organisational and financial management skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and precision.
