The Role:
The firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to support their solicitors in managing property transactions. This is a key role that ensures clients receive smooth and efficient service throughout the conveyancing process.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting solicitors with residential and commercial property transactions
* Drafting, checking, and preparing legal documents and forms
* Communicating with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions
* Maintaining accurate case files and records
* Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team as required
Requirements
* Previous experience in conveyancing or a legal support role is advantageous
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Competent in Microsoft Office; experience with legal case management software is a plus
