Location: St Helens
Satis Education is recruiting a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client school. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing vital administrative support. We seek a professional with strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Skills & Requirements:
1. Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail
2. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
3. Competence in Office 365 (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for administrative tasks
4. Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
6. Prior clerical experience, including typing and document preparation
