The role involves maintaining customer vehicles to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role is ideal for candidates who:
* Hold a Level 3 (NVQ, City and Guilds, or IMI) qualification in LCV Vehicle Repair and Maintenance.
* Possess a full UK driving license for relevant vehicle classes.
* Can identify worn or faulty components per DVSA standards.
* Have excellent communication skills (email, phone, face-to-face).
* Have practical workshop experience.
* Can operate all modules of Keyloop/Kerridge.
* Have good administrative skills.
* Can complete customer documentation within set timeframes.
* Are team players with a positive attitude and flexibility.
* Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
* Have experience with wheel alignment, diagnostics, and repairs.
